Refund & Returns Policy

All items sold by Pabs and Pals are made to order (print on demand). We do not hold stock.
Every purchase directly supports the running of our dog rescue.

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour choices, or ordering errors made by the customer.

Please check sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@pabsandpalsrescue.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • All made-to-order products

  • Personalised or customised items

  • Sale items and gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will replace it.
For any other reason, a new order must be placed.


UK & EU Consumer Rights

Under consumer regulations, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised.

As all our products are printed on demand, we do not accept cancellations or returns once production has started, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
